F&B and Café POS Built Into the Game Floor

The café is where entertainment venues leak money, because it is usually billed on a different till. Here, an order taken at a table or station joins that session and settles once.

🇦🇪 UAE & GCC🌐 Arabic Ready🧾 VAT Ready🏢 Multi-Branch
One table order splitting into three preparation stations — kitchen, bar and shisha — each printing its own ticket, above the single combined bill.

The problems this solves

Food billed separately from game time, so the day never reconciles.
Kitchen, bar and shisha orders shouted across the venue.
Customers waiting for a waiter before they can order anything.
No record of which items are actually selling.
Split bills done with a calculator and goodwill.

Ticket routing that matches how the venue works

Products belong to categories, and each category is assigned a preparation station — kitchen, bar, shisha or dessert. When an order contains items from more than one station, each station gets its own ticket with only its own lines, printed on the printer assigned to it.

Printers can be driven directly over the network, through a small bridge agent inside the venue when the server is hosted in the cloud, or by cloud-polling printers for sites with no PC at all.

Why operators choose it

  • One invoice covering game time and everything consumed.
  • Orders reach the right prep station without being shouted.
  • Faster table turns because ordering does not wait for staff.
  • Item-level sales data for the menu.
  • Clean splits without arithmetic at the counter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can shisha orders route to their own station?

Yes. Shisha is a preparation station in its own right alongside kitchen, bar and dessert, with its own printer and its own tickets.

Do we need a PC in the venue for printing?

Not necessarily. Printers on the same network can be driven directly; cloud-hosted deployments use a small bridge agent, and there is a cloud-polling printer option for tablet-only sites.

Can food be billed to a game session?

Yes — that is the default behaviour. Orders can also stand alone for dine-in or takeaway customers.
