Does 8BallPOS include cashless game cards out of the box?
Not as a shipped module. Cashless cards, readers and wearables are delivered as project work — we scope the hardware and integration with you and quote it. The wallet, packages and membership logic they would sit on top of is already in the product.
Can we run party bookings and the café on the same system?
Yes. Bookings, deposits, activity sessions and the café POS are all standard, and a group's spend lands on one account.
Do you support self-service kiosks?
Kiosk hardware is a project rather than a product feature. QR-based self-service on the customer's own phone is standard today and covers a lot of the same ground at far lower cost.
Can we manage several centres?
Yes. Each location has its own resources, staff and pricing, with comparison reporting across all of them.
